Leading European shopping centres and leisure projects are being encouraged to compete for the 2005 European Shopping Centre Awards.
The awards, organised by the International Council of Shopping Centres Europe, are open to new, refurbished or extended shopping centres and leisure complexes completed in the 24 months to July 1.
European Shopping Centre Awards jury chairman Arcadio Gil Purjol said: 'Previous winning shopping centres have set examples in integrating good design, planning, merchandising, sales results and other areas of centre management, including customer approval.'
The deadline for entries is October 12. The awards will take place at the Retail Real Estate World Summit, to be held at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul next April, which will also play host to the International Council of Shopping Centres' 30th Annual European Conference.
