British clothing retailer Jaeger is known for its traditional, high-quality menswear and womenswear. Founded in 1884 as Dr Jaeger's Sanitary Woollen System Co, a company that capitalised on the woollen undergarment trend, Jaeger's USP has been clothing made of natural fibres. In 2017, the brand collapsed into administration and was bought by Edinburgh Woollen Mill. In 2021, Marks & Spencer bought the Jaeger brand from administrators, excluding its 63 stores.
