The brand, known for its Scottie dog motif, is already sold in department stores and through independent retailers.
Radley creative director Lowell Harder said: 'There is a real sense of energy about the King's Road, it is a key shopping destination for thousands of people and I am sure that Radley will be the perfect addition to the area. We see this as a wonderful opportunity to showcase the brand.'
Radley has no definite plans for opening more stores. However, a spokeperson for the brand said that it was eying expansion overseas.
