Homewares retailer Lakeland opened its first international store on Tuesday at the Mirdif City Centre Mall in Dubai.

The shop, offering Lakeland’s kitchenware, home storage and cleaning products, is a trial but the retailer is already planning further shops across the Middle East.

Lakeland also opened a shop in Belfast this week, and will open its 47th UK shop in Kingston upon Thames in early summer.
