Multichannel retailer Lands’ End has poached Shop Direct brand director Sara Prowse its new managing director.

Prowse was in charge of the launch and running of mature brand Isme for Shop Direct, which launched last year.

She replaces Tim Curtis, who departed for TV shopping group Ideal Shopping Direct, where he joined as multichannel director last month.

US retailer Lands’ End, which has had a UK presence since 1991, is in the process of expanding across Europe.
