Land Securities has completed the latest phase of Dundee's Kingsway West Retail Park, increasing the floorspace by 196,405 sq ft (18,245 sq m) and incorporating Scotland's largest Tesco Extra superstore.
The extension, which brings the size of the park to 400,605 sq ft (37,215 sq m), was carried out in two phases.
Seven units were completed in April last year, and tenants include Curry's, PC World, Land of Leather, Homebase and MFI.
Now another six units have been completed. Boots and ScS have already signed up, and three remain available.
To complete the transformation of the park, Land Securities is recladding the external elevations of the buildings on the Clepington Road perimeter, which date from the 1980s.
Tenants on the road include Toys R Us, Halfords, General George and Harvey's.
