Online lingerie firm Eveden has hired advisers to explore its strategic options which could include a £150m sale.
The LDC-backed retailer, which designs and manufacturers its products including the Freya and Fantasie brands, has hired PWC undertake the review, according to The Independent.
If Eveden does not pursue the sale option, it is thought that it may seek new funding to expand its international business.
The retailer, which trades online, also stocks products in retailers including Debenhams and John Lewis. It has a presence in over 30 countries.
LDC backed a management buy-out of Eveden in 2006.
