Iceland boss Malcolm Walker was in fine form last week at the retailer’s annual conference.

The Yorkshireman took to the stage in Dublin doing an Irish jig with a pint of Guinness in his hand.

He also appeared wearing a Christmas jumper impersonating Jim Royle in a spoof of TV sitcom The Royle Family alongside directors Nick Canning, Nigel Broadhurst and Tarsem Dhaliwal. Some lean Waitrose venison, fellas? My arse!
