Mall fund outperforms

The Mall, Capital & Regional's community shopping centre fund, has returned 5.8 per cent to investors during the first quarter of this year. This means the annualised total return to investors since the launch of The Mall in March 2002 is 29 per cent a year. The fund has outperformed the IPD benchmarks by 1.1 per cent over the quarter.
