MandM Direct targets brand-conscious people with a discounted offer of well-known branded fashion, sportswear and outdoor clothing. Up to 75% is discounted from regular retail prices by operating a ‘wholesale clearance’ model, through which MandM acquires excess and end-of-line stock holdings from established brands. Its product pricing is constantly monitored to optimise its rate of sale and gross profit margin.
