Amazon has unveiled the launch of its first spring Sales event, which is due to kick off later this week.
Dubbed ‘Spring Deal Days’ in the UK and the ‘Big Spring Sale’ in the US, Amazon said its new Sale will kick off at midnight on March 20 and run until March 25.
While the retailer did not unveil which products will be on offer, it said customers will be able to “enjoy six days of big savings” of up to 40% on products across electronics, fashion, kitchen, homewares and more.
There will also be offers on Prime Video, Amazon Music and Audible.
Amazon’s spring Sale will be available to non-Prime members but members will be offered exclusive access to a select range of deals.
The retail giant has been increasing the frequency of its promotional activities over the last few years. In 2022, Amazon held two Prime Day-type events in the same year for the first time.
It doubled up again last year, holding a second event in October after the first in July, which helped push year-on-year online sales growth to 9% in the fourth quarter.
