TikTok Shop has partnered with Royal Mail to roll out Click & Drop for merchants on the platform.
The collaboration will enable merchants of all sizes to improve their fulfilment experience and get their orders out more efficiently by integrating Royal Mail’s Click & Drop with their TikTok Shop account.
The new service aims to help merchants save time and improve deliveries. One feature includes easier printing of postage labels, which can then be dispatched onto an existing Royal Mail collection, collected through Parcel Collect, dropped in a postbox, or taken to a Royal Mail customer service point or Post Office branch.
Click & Drop is Royal Mail’s primary delivery solution. It will be available to existing TikTok Shop sellers who install the integration from the service market in the seller centre. Merchants can also set up via Royal Mail.
For businesses on the platform looking to scale, the service will improve shipping, dispatch times and customer experience.
