Spanish fashion giant Inditex is to bring its Massimo Dutti fascia into the limelight with a West End store on London's Regent Street.
The retail giant, which is also Zara's parent company, is understood to be close to signing a site in the building formerly occupied by British Airways. The property is vacant and the store could be open by the autumn.
Regent Street follows Massimo Dutti's UK launch at Brent Cross and Brompton Road in December. A third shop will open next week on Manchester's New Cathedral Street.
Zara UK managing director Mike Shearwood refused to comment on Regent Street, but said further Massimo Dutti openings were planned and customer feedback had been 'very good'.
