Moss Bros has invested in EasyVista software to manage its IT hardware across 170 sites.
The installation of the software suite, from Staff & Line UK, is due to be completed by the end of January.
The suite will support Moss Bros’s adoption of the ITIL IT management framework. The framework was developed by the UK Office of Government Commerce as a best-practice guide for IT service management.
More than 3,000 IT assets – from PCs to mobile phones – will be managed, monitored and audited using the system.
Moss Bros IT manager Brett Gobler said: “EasyVista is one of the few products on the market that integrates all IT management needs in one system. Many other products that we looked at had one or two modules, but needed complex integration with one another.”
