Fashion retailers New Look and Next have signed to take space in the former Bhs store in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
The retailers have carved up the former department store at Fairhill shopping centre in Ballymena and reconfigured the space to house
two stores.
Next will take a 27,500 sq ft space and New Look will occupy a 25,000 sq ft unit.
New Look aims to be open this month and Next is expected to open in September. Next already has a smaller unit in the centre, which it will leave to take the new space.
The scheme, which is 30 miles from Belfast, is anchored by a Marks & Spencer department store and is home to fashion brands H&M, Monsoon and Oasis.
Fairhill shopping centre is owned by Corbo, which is represented by Osborne King.
