New Look joins Chimes

New Look has taken the former Uniqlo store at Capital Shopping Centres' Chimes mall at Uxbridge, northwest London. CSC took a surrender of Uniqlo's lease on the 7,500 sq ft (695 sq m) unit on the centre's lower level, and it has been re-let to New Look on a 15-year lease at a starting rent of£250,000 a year plus turnover.
