New Look has signed up for a store at the Southgate development in Bath.
The fashion retailer will open a 20,000 sq ft store in the scheme, which is owned by Multi Development. New Look will unveil its store when the centre’s first phase opens in November.
New Look acquisitions manager Amanda Herron said: “We are delighted to have finally secured representation, out last remaining outstanding development.”
The 417,000 sq ft scheme will include a Debenhams department store - the retailer’s first store in the city - as well as H&M and Boots, both of which are also due to open this November.
Southgate is opening in three phases, the last of which will be unveiled in September next year.
Multi Development leasing director Stuart Harris said: “We are delighted to have secured one of the UK’s most fashion-forward retailers. We have lots of offers and interest on the remaining units from more great brands. Everybody who comes to Bath is wowed by the quality of our development and the strength of Bath as a trading location.”
