Castlemore Securities has let five units totalling 43,190 sq ft (4,010 sq m) at London Road Retail Park, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and has signed two more retailers for its Great Yarmouth Retail Park in Norfolk.
At Wellingborough, Tiles R Us has taken a 20-year lease on 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m), Pets at Home has taken a 15-year lease on 5,800 sq ft (540 sq m) and Carpets for Less has taken a 15-year lease on 9,000 sq ft (835 sq m) - all at£15 per sq ft (£160 per sq m).
Meanwhile, Pizza Hut has taken a 15-year lease on 3,190 sq ft (295 sq m) at£18.50 per sq ft (£200 per sq m) and Dunelm has taken a 15-year lease on 20,200 sq ft (1,875 sq m). Harvey Spack Field and Gilbert Bath are letting agents for the scheme.
At the Great Yarmouth Retail Park, Argos has taken 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m) and Pets at Home has taken 7,500 sq ft (695 sq m), both on 15-year leases at£15 per sq ft.
Elsewhere, at Chester Road Retail Park in Manchester, DFS has taken a 25-year lease on a 20,000 sq ft (1,860 sq m) unit at£23 per sq ft. At Huddersfield's Phoenix Mills park, PC World has taken a 20-year lease on a 30,000 sq ft (2,790 sq m) unit at£18 per sq ft.
Harvey Spack Field is the letting agent for the schemes at Great Yarmouth, Chester Road and Phoenix Mills.
