Centros Miller has only one unit remaining at its£21 million Pescod Square scheme at Boston, Lincolnshire, following a deal with HMV.
The music chain has taken a 3,500 sq ft (325 sq m) double unit. The Works, Gamestation and Costa have also taken units, ranging from 1,250 sq ft (115 sq m) to 2,600 sq ft (240 sq m). The final vacant unit comprises 3,020 sq ft (280 sq m) over two floors, and is situated next door to HMV.
Letting agents for the scheme are Colin Buckle & Co and Donaldsons. Jackson Criss advised HMV. Lambert Smith acted for Hampton the Works; Edwards Hardwick represented Gamestation; and Cushman Wakefield Healey & Baker advised Costa.
