Etailer My-Wardrobe is upping its multichannel credentials with the launch of a click-and-collect store at its new head office along with pop-up shops in London.
The fashion retailer is moving into a 1,200 sq ft office at Whiteleys shopping centre in London at the end of June, where an edited My-Wardrobe collection will be housed, which shoppers can try on and then order.
Purchases made before midday are couriered the same day and those placed by 4pm will be delivered the next day.
My-Wardrobe is also opening two pop-up shops in London. It launched its first in Floral Street, Covent Garden this week and will open a second in Sloane Street, Chelsea next Tuesday, both of which will remain open for six weeks.
The retailer is also using the pop-up space to host events for bloggers as well as holding customer evenings with styling advice.
My-Wardrobe said the stores “mark a move into offering our customer a complete multichannel service.”
Sacha Newall, head of sales at the etailer said that “nothing beats the experience of face to face service.”
“My-Wardrobe has always valued our stronghold of loyal customers in central London, although of course our selling has always been from a distance. These stores are an excellent launchpad for a closer relationship with them moving forward,” she said.
