Sports fashion etail site Extremepie.com has been put up for sale by parent Extreme Sports.
Following a review by founder and chief executive Al Gosling, it has been decided to switch the group’s focus to becoming a licensing company.
The site has a 250,000-strong database and annual sales of £2m.
Gosling said there has already been interest from potential trade and private equity buyers.
He said it is important to find the “right” buyer because the sale will include a long-term licensing agreement with Extreme Sports to use its brand.
