OSIM opens at Solihull as part of 50-store goal

OSIM has opened its third UK outlet at Touchwood, Solihull, following a successful launch at Bluewater and Bristol.

The Singapore-based health equipment retailer has taken a 215 sq ft (20 sq m) unit on a 10-year lease at£36,500 a year.

OSIM was represented by FPDSavills, whose director Rob Williams said that the company plans to roll-out a 50-store UK network over the next five years. 'Discussions are ongoing with landlords of other major shopping malls for a further five units to open this year,' he said. 'The OSIM concept is fairly flexible, and units from 150 sq ft to 750 sq ft (14 sq m to 70 sq m) will be considered.'
