The Ryman Retail Week Rising Star of the Year was awarded to Sam Allison of Boots, pictured with Theo Paphitis and awards host and comedian, Matt Richardson.

Winners of the Retail Week Rising Stars Awards, in association with Ryman, were revealed last night at a glitzy ceremony in London.
