Monsoon Accessorize buying and design director Shailina Parti is to exit the retailer.
Parti, who has been at Monsoon Accessorize for two years, will depart the fashion group in April.
Parti is the latest high-profile departure from the retailer.
International director Dan Poppleton exited for kitsch retailer Cath Kidston earlier this year and finance director David Jones was made redundant in October as Monsoon Accessorize moved half its operations from its London head office to its distribution centre in Wellingborough.
The move was designed to increase efficiencies at the retailer, which said it was reviewing staffing and occupation costs late last year.
Prior to Monsoon Accessorize, Parti was buying director at Jaeger, where she worked for 22 years.
Parti has been leading Monsoon’s product revamp as it refocuses on its original Indian-inspired design.
Monsoon said: “Shailina Parti has decided to leave the business on April 6 to pursue other opportunities and we wish her well for the future.”
