N Brown, the home shopping group which owns lingerie etailer Figleaves, will not replace the role of chief executive vacated by Julia Reynolds and has reshuffled its senior management team to lead the business.
The responsibilities formerly held by Reynolds, who left to join Blacks in May less than a year after N Brown acquired the business for £11.5m, will be split between existing management.
Figleaves commercial director Melanie Cottrell will continue to head merchandising but has taken on additional responsibilities for IT, finance, supply chain & warehouse and HR. She reports in to the N Brown board.
Stephanie Chase, who is operations director, will still lead online marketing and business information but take charge of digital marketing in the new structure.
Sue Herrick has become product and brand director heading up product development and buying and technical as well as additional responsibility for roles formerly held by Reynolds such as marketing, creative and customer services.
