Reiss ecommerce director Dan Lumb and brand director Andy Rogers have left the premium fashion retailer.
Lumb joined Reiss in August 2011 as ecommerce director, and is credited with driving strong online growth in that time. He has left to work in private equity, although it is not clear which firm.
Last year, Reiss reported online sales had surged 82% on the back of a more innovative approach towards its editorial content.
Rogers is leaving Reiss to join Fred Perry in the position of brand director. He has been at Reiss for five years.
Lumb and Rogers are the latest in a string of high profile departures from the womenswear business, which has in recent months lost its commercial director Sanjay Sharma after less than a year in the job. Reiss’s trading director Gwynn Milligan left in January after just eight months.
Ross Loughlin, who worked closely with Lumb, has been recently promoted from ecommerce projects manager to head of ecommerce, and will take on responsibility for the department, according to Retail Week sister title Drapers.
A Reiss spokeswoman confirmed the changes, saying Loughlin was “driving the business’ international online ambitions”.
She noted that under Lumb, Reiss had “achieved substantial digital growth over the past two years with a fully established in-house team who will continue to drive this momentum”.
