Tracey Clements, BP’s senior vice president of mobility and convenience across Europe, has stepped down from her role after nearly four years at the business, Retail Week can reveal.
Clements left BP at the end of 2024 to pursue “new opportunities”, after being in the role for nearly three years. She was previously vice president of convenience for Europe and southern Africa.
Before joining BP, Clements had a two-year stint at Boots as its senior vice president and chief operating officer.
She also held roles at Tesco between 2002 and 2019, including customer strategy and insight director, and managing director of convenience.
BP has chosen senior vice president of BP Pulse Richard Bartlett to take over Clements’ role.
A BP spokesperson told Retail Week: “Tracey Clements, SVP mobility and convenience Europe, made the decision to leave BP at the end of 2024 to pursue new opportunities. We wish her all the best for the future and thank her for her exemplary leadership of the BP mobility and convenience retail business over the last four years.
“Richard Bartlett, SVP BP Pulse, has picked up the leadership of the mobile and convenience business in Europe in addition to his global electric vehicle charging portfolio.”
