Property News - Facelift for two malls

Westfield and Hermes have started refurbishment works on two of the shopping malls they acquired as part of the former MEPC portfolio. In Belfast, the partners are spending£9 million to create a new-look food court, remodelled malls, and improved lighting and customer service facilities. They are also spending£2.5 million on a new food court at Royal Victoria Place, Tunbridge Wells.
