Property news - Gazeley sells Wickes centre

Gazeley, the European property arm of Wal-Mart, has completed and sold a retail warehouse development at Snowdon Drive in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. The 35,000 sq ft (3,250 sq m) Wickes home improvement centre has been sold to Citigroup Alternative Investments for£9.7 million. The new centre opened for trade last November and occupies a two-acre site near the Winterhill Retail Park. Edgerley Simpson Howe & Partners acted for Gazeley.
