Property News - MetroCentre's red lettings

The Red Mall at the MetroCentre in Gateshead is now 90 per cent let, following deals with Zara, H&M, French Connection, Jones the Bootmaker and USC. The mall will take the MetroCentre's retail floorspace to 1.8 million sq ft (167,220 sq m), making it Europe's largest shopping centre.
