The signing of three retailers to Thecentre:mk’s Silbury Arcade in Milton Keynes has kick-started plans for a high-end quarter at the centre.
Premium footwear retailer Kurt Geiger and fashion retailers Phase Eight and Jaeger have all signed for units. Jaeger will relocate from Midsummer Arcade to join the premium quarter in a larger 2,500 sq ft store.
Recently TK Maxx also signed for the centre, taking over a 31,280 sq ft Woolworths store. Property agencies CB Richard Ellis and GCW acted on behalf of Thecentre:mk.
➤ Kurt Geiger reported full-year EBITDA grew 21% to £12.1m with sales up 7 % like for like in the year to January 31. Total sales jumped 15% to £161.6m.
