More excuses from yet another High Street retail giant while more and more online brands report higher revenues and increasing profits. We predicted 15 years ago that technology would change the face of the High Street and many big names refused to start making the changes required, including fashion brands who - like almost everyone - thought nobody would ever buy their products online. This will get worse as social mobile commerce takes over in the coming years - while the recession and lack of credit are definitely catalysts, too many UK retailers are doing too little far too late. Wake up!
