mr middletons comment above is entirely correct but i suggest they are based on a life largely spent in reasonable corporate employment where as mr Kirk has now entered the land of owner driver where all agreements are subject to the owners whim, mr Tayub has no real experience and as such no inertia either , it quite typical to see this kind of behaviour with owner drivers who just dont have the skills needed to run a company, they are traders not experienced busines mangers, he was never going to work well with a formal autocratic CEO. mr Kirk needs to buy a business to deliver his skills. quite sure he will, shame he did not think it through though before dragging his former employees in to the bonkers world of owner driver.
