If the individuals have "been removed" they have had a lucky escape. This business is a joke through and through Mr Tayub has proven his complete lack of vision and business understanding by letting one of the best retailers slip through his finger in Mr Kirk.
Im sure Mr Kirk will appear in another retail buisiness very soon and make a huge difference.
