Very impressive results from the team at JD Sports - with clearly much more potential to grow digitally over the next few years as less than 15 percent of sales are online.

Their instore offer across multi fascia feels positive and delivers great service with clear signposting of product which is customer focussed.
When you visit stores in the group you find great shop keeping standards, motivated colleagues and a product range that is what shoppers are looking for. It will be interesting to watch how they manage the integration of Go Outdoors into their operation.

This is a great example of a retailer bucking the trend and demonstrates that providing a clear well defined offer, with well selected products targeted at shoppers keen and able to spend money, can drive great results.
