no doubt that he needs someone to back him called shop direct who will have said no thanks having already tried to use the name on line, itself a folly when you remember the customer base that largely are not online, they would of course sell him the name but one assumes he does not have the cash and is therefore out in the market using the media to see if anyone is interested.

cant see why anyone would want to do that as the brand equity, such as it was at the end, has long since expired, in fact it would be seen as negative compared to a start up.

perhaps its all he could think of to advertise himself for another job, cant see that working either as he has just associated himself with a pretty daft idea that shows him up in a very dim light indeed.
