The reckless drive by Andy Street to online has seriously damaged JLP who are now paying significantly more to sell the same item without the increase in sales to pay for it.

Why JLP did not realise, until it was too late, that moving customers to online would mean that sales in there stores would decrease is a disgrace .

Renting off retail space to turn in to offices is the beginning of the end and is a clear signal that management don't have a scooby do on what to do next next.

Driving down costs in stores, which is mainly through reduced staff, is already having an effect on customer service and critically staff who have seen the gross investment in internet shopping decimate the stores .

Without a vibrant store estate sales will over time decline online and leave the company at serious risk of failure.
