Having worked in retail for over 25 years I have come across many people who have left range planning meetings in tears after being slated (bullied) by Phil. I also have a friend of longstanding who was accused outright and in public of stealing from a business he had just acquired. Whilst there is no doubt that he is a good businessman (BHS aside) - he has no pause button when it comes to letting rip
