Very unethical and poor morals.

It really does bring to the fore the internal values that a business has when it uses administration as a vehicle to evade paying liabilities.

JD Sports were incapable of running the business - they (and any directors) should be prevented from being able to buy the business back.

We need actions against parent companies / exec boards / directors for running businesses into the ground and leaving black holes of pensions / tax liabilities / unpaid suppliers and landlords.
