Some councils are using the governments guidance to refuse restart grants as they are claiming that if a product can be delivered then no grant is available.

You are then unable to challenge the decision.

I spoke to an officer of the council who was clearly very young and did not understand retail but to no avail. We will now not pay the rates in order to get in to court.
