The governments position has definitely changed to we are no longer interested.

Banks refuse to lend.
Councils have not paid and some are refusing to pay.
Landlords are not doing deals and will use recovery agents.

The vast sums that the public purse invested across the 3 lockdowns will have been wasted unless government wake up and step in.
