Landlords are definitely working together to force rent payable during closure or face collection agents .

The government must act now to stop any landlord from taking this action when it is clear that the closure period has rendered cash levels that simply can’t afford to pay.

I have made offers to clear 55% of rent arrears with ZERO response.
