The reality is footfall everywhere fell off the cliff resulting in shocking levels of sales pretty much everywhere.

Since July with the exception of September the weather has been super wet with 5 named storms and it’s been a lot colder than last year or the year before.

Add in insane rates increases, massive staff cost increases, lunatic landlords driven by agents which means rents are now rapidly increasing despite the huge number of empty units and that’s why you can’t really pay any attention to Marco numbers .
