as a husband of someone who works in a london monsoon. what it doesnt say here is that back in march when this did come out. monsoon threatened their staff with redundancy if they spoke to anyone about this consultation period. They told staff that they would know by a certain date who had jobs and who didnt. they keep pushing this date back.
working in retail myself i can understand the need to streamline things in the current climate but for a company who prides itself on staff loyalty they have treated their staff terribly during this consultancy period. in most stores at least 3-5 people will be loosing their jobs
