I am a Monsoon shop floor assistant waiting to hear about my job future and what people have failed to mention is that as well as facing redundancies every other staff member (within my store anyway) will deffinately have their contracted hours slashed, so it will effect everyone...apart from our managers that is!!!!!!! And yes we have been treated with very little compassion and no understanding of our financial worries. I can not see how these massive cuts can be justified when the company states it is not due to poor perforance. I am fuming!!!!!!
