as an extremely fed up member of staff whos hours have been cut not because the company or indeed the store in which i work needs to down size far from it my hours and also other colleagues hours have been cut to in fact creat e jobs for new recruits therefore taking away my contracted hours to creat new jobs . as a once very loyal [not any more] member of staff i see this as a lovely reward for 8 years service .and a really motivating action guaranteed to get the best from your employees . well done monsoon for showing everyone in the retail sector how not!!!!! to do it
