my partner has worked for monsoon eastmids for 3yrs,in april 2009 she asked her manager if her job was safe,she was told there wasnt a problem,when infact in may she and her colleagues were told that there hours would be cut and redundancies made.i think monsoons policies are a disgrace.there is no loyalty to there staff who will always be just a number.FAIR TRADE WHAT A JOKE.
