Monsoon staff have been lead a merry dance from start to finish: April 2009 'Your jobs are safe it may be a case of staff having to drop 4hrs per week but dont worry everythings fine'
May 2009: Redundancies in store and remaining staff having to fight over the bones, many having to take a pay cut as much as £300 per month and still be expected to purchase Monsoon clothing to wear as uniform....yer right!! June 2009: I ask a collegue 'How on earth do they expect us to have any passion for the job anymore when most of us are panic striken about not being able to meet our mortgage payments at the end of each month to happily work along side our collegues and friends who have un-wittingly and un-knowingly put us in this position and for most feel guilty for doing this, it is Un-fair and un-just. Monsoon should be ashamed of themselves, staff loyalty im afraid disappeared the moment we had to sign our hours away!!
