The problem is not so much brand - but shoddy stores, nothing special being sold you can't getbetter and/or cheaper elsewhere and ignorant staff that nothing about what they are selling - Is it a Zinger Burger, a Tesco Value kettle, a sheet of MDF - no it's a plant stupid.

Wyevale is associated with poor service and expensive shops - a change in the name won;t help.
