26 YRS I worked for that company until they took away all the creative spirit that I had and made my store a clone. My store was the most profitable in Scotland due to our insight to what sells and what punters wanted. They stopped that insight and guess what? now times that by 1000 stores? no wonder they are where they are. My main concern is my pension is tied up with those cowboys.
